  2. A complete repair specification is then prepared, with careful reference to the manufacturer’s standard, to ensure that your vehicle will be re-instated to its pre-accident best.

  3. This plan is forwarded to your insurance company for approval. (Your insurers may, at their discretion, alter or delete aspects of our recommended repair method.)

  4. The repair process then takes your vehicle through the hands of three specialist teams:

  • Removal of components to facilitate the repair

  • Repair or replacement of the panels

  • Spray painting and/or re-coating of the components - our comprehensive colour matching facility can formulate over 60,000 different variations.
