Essex Bodyshop gains Citroen & Peugeot approvals - July 2010

Award-winning Dagenham-based AJC Wilson Bodyshop is now an approved accident repair centre for French vehicle manufacturers Citroen and Peugeot.

This means that London-based drivers of the popular Citroen C1, C3 and C4 models and Peugeot 107, 207 and 308 cars can have absolute peace of mind that their vehicles will be repaired to a standard approved by their original manufacturer, using genuine parts and approved paint.

AJC Wilson Bodyshop’s Managing Director, Chris Oliver said:  “We’re delighted to be East London’s Citroen and Peugeot approved bodyshop.  In addition to the usual industry-leading  AJC Wilson Bodyshop service, Peugeot and Citroen customers now have the additional comfort that their own manufacturer has chosen to have its cars repaired here.”
Car manufacturers Citroen and Peugeot have been growing rapidly in 2010 and currently have a 9% share of the new car market which is not surprising given their exciting model line-up which now contains the new Citroen DS3 and Peugeot 3008 models. 

Chris concluded:  “From the number we already see in our bodyshop and on our local roads, they are both clearly popular brands with drivers in London and Essex, and we hope this approval will ensure we see even more.  It’s certainly an increasing trend that drivers are choosing to have their car repaired in a manufacturer-approved bodyshop, and we’ve even put some Citroen and Peugeot courtesy cars on our fleet, so customers can stay in a car they feel familiar with.”
